Marshall Electrics provide upfront pricing where you pay per task, not per hour – meaning there’s no hidden costs and no surprises! This covers admin costs, insurances travel and vehicle charges and eco friendly recycling.
Are you able to complete work on the same day you quote?
Yes, we sure can! Having fully stocked vans mean we’re able to complete works during our visit, keeping multiple visits to a minimum.
Do you offer an emergency service outside of business hours?
Yes! Power outages, lighting repairs and hot water service repairs are common emergencies and we’re here to help!
Will you phone to confirm before you arrive?
Yes. Absolutely. We will call you 15 minutes prior to our arrival.
Will you clean up after you’ve completed your work?
Yes, leaving your home or business neat and tidy is one of our guarantees!
Do you charge a call out fee?
We charge a call out fee which includes us coming out, having a look at the problem and giving you an upfront price for any work or testing required. If you decide to go ahead with the work, the call out fee is waived and you just pay for the work.
